Shipping, Returns & Refunds
General B2B shipment, inspection, return, and remedy principles for ARMARRAY hardware and infrastructure projects.
Effective: September 8, 2026
1. Order-Specific Commercial Terms
ARMARRAY primarily supplies B2B hardware and infrastructure. Product configuration, quantity, accessories, software environment, shipping method, delivery scope, and commercial terms are confirmed in the applicable quotation, invoice, purchase agreement, or other written commercial agreement.
2. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping methods, delivery estimates, freight charges, and Incoterms where applicable are confirmed per order. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, destination import duties, taxes, customs fees, customs-clearance obligations, and similar destination charges are the customer's responsibility.
3. Shipment Inspection
Customers should inspect shipments promptly after delivery for visible transport damage, missing items, or material discrepancies from the agreed order. Please contact ARMARRAY promptly with relevant details and supporting photos or records so the issue can be reviewed.
4. Return Authorization
Returns require prior written authorization from ARMARRAY. Products should not be sent back without written return instructions because the appropriate process may depend on the hardware configuration, diagnosis, shipment origin, and applicable order terms.
5. Standard and Customized Products
Standard unused products may be considered for return depending on the applicable order terms and product condition. Customized, configured, made-to-order, or project-specific systems are generally not returnable for convenience after production, configuration, integration, or deployment preparation has begun.
6. Defective or Non-Conforming Products
If a product is defective or materially non-conforming with the applicable written order terms, ARMARRAY may address the issue through remote diagnosis, repair, replacement parts, component or board replacement, product replacement, return-to-service procedures, or another mutually agreed remedy, as appropriate to the circumstances and applicable warranty or sales terms.
7. Refunds and Non-Refundable Work
Configuration, custom development, shipping, installation, integration, and other services already performed may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any approved refund, credit, replacement, or other remedy will be handled according to the applicable written commercial terms.
8. Order Terms Take Precedence
If a specific quotation, invoice, purchase agreement, sales agreement, or other written commercial agreement contains terms that differ from this general website policy, the specific written agreement takes precedence for that order.
