Warranty & Support
General warranty and service principles for modular ARMARRAY hardware, subject to the applicable commercial agreement.
Effective: September 8, 2026
1. Applicable Warranty Terms
Warranty coverage and duration are specified in the applicable quotation, invoice, sales agreement, or other written commercial agreement for the relevant order. This page provides general guidance and does not create a fixed warranty period.
2. Limited Hardware Coverage
Where included in the applicable order terms, limited hardware warranty coverage generally addresses manufacturing defects and hardware failures occurring during normal intended use. ARMARRAY may request diagnostic information and reasonable cooperation to identify the affected component and appropriate remedy.
3. Typical Exclusions
Warranty coverage may exclude issues caused by accidental or physical damage; improper power input; unauthorized hardware modification; liquid, fire, excessive heat, contamination, or other environmental damage; misuse or operation outside intended conditions; unsupported configuration; third-party software, account, or platform problems; and carrier or network restrictions.
4. Third-Party Applications, Platforms, Carriers, and Networks
ARMARRAY does not warrant the availability, compatibility, policies, account status, or continued operation of third-party applications, online platforms, carriers, or network services. Changes, restrictions, suspensions, compatibility issues, policy decisions, or service interruptions imposed by third parties are outside ARMARRAY's control.
5. S32 Modular Service Approach
S32's modular architecture is designed to support component-level diagnosis and servicing. Where appropriate, ARMARRAY may resolve hardware issues through remote diagnosis, replacement components, board replacement, or return-to-service procedures rather than replacement of the complete system.
6. Support Process
Support may begin with remote troubleshooting, review of logs or symptoms, configuration checks, and identification of the affected hardware or environment. If hardware service is required, ARMARRAY will provide the appropriate next steps based on the applicable warranty, order terms, and technical diagnosis.
7. Project-Specific Terms
Any project-specific support scope, service commitments, replacement arrangements, exclusions, or other warranty conditions stated in an applicable quotation, invoice, purchase agreement, or sales agreement take precedence over this general website guidance.
